| These
industries use excess amount of nacl and dye stuffs according
to the color combinations. The dye bath water is taken to the
collection tank where proper aeration is done in order to minimise
the cod and the bod present in the effluent. Chlorination system
is used for decolorising the effluent water. Further it is
taken to the settling tank where the dyes are allowed to settle,
further taking it to the intermediate tank. This water is taken
through the carbon and sand filters into the reverse osmosis
system which will have a sea water membranes. |
