| The film to
be sealed is loaded on the rear side of the machine. Initial
portion of the film is brought out by passing through a number
of Rollers till it reaches the front portion of the machine
where the film is formed with the help of a collar. The
next operation is to continue with the vertical sealing,
horizontal sealing and Injection taking place at the same
time. The formed film as a tube is made to move down
with the help of a nip roller at which time the Injection
takes place and gets cut when the horizontal sealing is taking
place simultaneously to give out a perfectly formed filled
and sealed Pouch on the chute provided below. The above
systematic operation is fully automatic |
