THE
USE & SPECIALITY OF THE MACHINE

- 3 plastic bottle blowing machine is the latest product
of our company with the multifunction and bi-directional
drawing features. As
part of the two-step process, the PET container making
equipment is small in size, low in cost, simple in structure,
convenient in operation and maintenance and above all,
energy-saving. The equipment is used to make the
PET bottles of any possible geometrical figures and is
therefore widely used in bottling food, beverage, medicine,
cosmetics, soft drinks and above all Mineral Water |

1. The
machine is embedded with automatic control thermostat,
time relay and is convenient in operation.
2. The machine is driven by the pneumatic systems.
3. The clamping mould is oriented by the sliding bearings. The length
of drawing is steplessly regulated by the height of the mould, which is favorable
to the forming of the products.
4. The preheated is embedded with a copper tube which prevents possible
damage to the plastic tube blanks during feed in.
5. There are two methods of operation: MANUAL and AUTOMATIC. It is
good for maintenance, adjustment and production. |

|
The
drawing and the blowing sections are made up on a drawing
electric magnetic valve, a high-pressure blowing valve,
a vertical air cylinder at the top of the machine, two
pull rods, two sealed air cylinder . In operation, the
electric magnetic valve in the drawing section transfers
air to motivate the air cylinder valve at the top of
the machine to drive the pull rods. As a result,
the air cylinders fall onto the already clamped bottle
blank, and the pull rods exert a draw on the heated and
already elastic blank in two directions, transversal
and longitudinal. Meanwhile the high-pressure blowing
valve draws and blows it into the desired shape through
the sealed air cylinders. |

In
operation, the temperature controller maintains the desired
constant temperature by the means of the thermocouple. The
two heating boards transfer heat to the copper tube and
the thermal radiation heats and soften the plastic tube
blends till it is resilient to be drawn and blown into
the desired shape. The temperature of the porous heating
aluminum boards inside the case is measure by the thermocouple
and is controlled by the temperature controller. The voltages
for the upper and lower heating boards are respectively
controlled by the two silicon controlled return circuits
and are subject to regulation at will to meet the different
requirements for different products.  |
